Skabygga, S.L. in its capacity as data controller (" Data Controller") is committed to ensuring the privacy of the persons whose data is processed, and to protecting the personal data that these persons may provide to the Data Controller.

In compliance with the applicable data protection regulations, the collection and processing of personal data through this website or other means of contacting the Controller shall be governed by the terms described below.

2. How is your personal data processed?

The Data Controller will collect personal data such as name, surname, position, affiliated company and e-mail of the people who contact it (directly or through the "Contact" form) for subjects of mutual interest both academic and commercial, to solve any doubt and/or provide information to those people who request it or will collect it for the sending of the newsletter, for which the data subject gives its consent.

3. Retention of data

The personal data collected for sending the newsletter will be kept until the data subject requests cancellation or decides to unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time by clicking on the link at the end of the message received in the e-mail. The personal data collected through the contact form or other forms of contact will be kept for as long as is necessary to deal with the consultation, request or enquiry made by the data subject, as well as to maintain a legitimate relationship with such data subjects in respect of matters concerning the Website.

4. Communication of data

The data subject accepts that the Data Controller may communicate its personal data to the service providers that enable the functionality of the Website as well as to entities related to the Data Controller, including Boolino, S.L. with VAT number B65689804 and address in Estruc, 9, 08002 Barcelona, an entity in which the Data Controller has a stake.

5. Rights of the data subjects

The interested parties who have provided personal data for the Data Controller to process may exercise their rights of access, rectification, suppression, limitation and opposition as established in the GDPR by sending a communication to the e-mail address indicated in Section "6. Contact” below.

Likewise, the data subjects will have the right to file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency ("AEPD") if they consider that the rights previously stated in this privacy policy have been infringed or if they consider the processing of personal data concerning them to be in breach of the applicable regulations.
