2. How is your personal data processed?

The personal data collected through the contact form or other forms of contact will be kept for as long as is necessary to deal with the consultation, request or enquiry made by the data subject, as well as to maintain a legitimate relationship with such data subjects in respect of matters concerning the Website.

5. Rights of the data subjects
The interested parties who have provided personal data for the Data Controller to process may exercise their rights of access, rectification, suppression, limitation and opposition as established in the GDPR by sending a communication to the e-mail address indicated in Section "6. Contact” below.
Likewise, the data subjects will have the right to file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency ("AEPD") if they consider that the rights previously stated in this privacy policy have been infringed or if they consider the processing of personal data concerning them to be in breach of the applicable regulations.
